On Christmas Eve, under a forty-foot wreath strung with repurposed Nautilus lights, Tribute calls his people to celebrate life in the very place where ruin once ruled.

Doris, a former weapons engineer, now stewards these conveyor belts of mercy and marvels at technologies that seem to reverse physics for the sake of the least.
